Can everybody see the effects or is it just the person with the code?

yep, everyone can see it still in the games code, lol try pointing it twords the ground and run while shooting w/ inf. ammo on and people start following u to watch the little red explosions!

Then I take it DM is way different from LS and CO?

ehh, not really the gun is in 2 lines cuz its the bullet exiting from the barrol, and then the bullet. so if i changed just the bullet it would look like a reg bullet until it hits the ground, you can actually see the effects of it when you do something like a smaw...im releasing smaw hacks sooon.
