There are game exploits that can be ran through User mode.
Lets look at some examples:
The Gripshift exploit (Actually found by Freeplay [who probably ran the program on the GO, although not stated]) has been released for sometime and has been known. When it was released, it worked on all PSP versions and firmwares. Since the GO was only a hardware modification, Im entirely sure that it will work once the Eboot is converted to work on the GO.
Another example would be the Medal of Honor: Heroes exploit found by Kgsws.
He was able to write his own arbitrary code through User Mode.
Although its not a Kernel exploit, It is possible to run hombrew.
After that its gives use the possibility to run the reversed engineered program called CFWE (Custom Firmware Enabler) [Actually leaked by a clt0 (lol) originally by Davee]

I also suggest watching a few more videos before you start claiming false accusations.
