well folks, it appears that I, and by extension, you, have been trolled. I can find no actual evidence about this subject. The "Parrot" was first mentioned in a science-fiction short story, and the picture in my first post was something done by a fan of the story. I found Your Sinclair issue number 23, and I didn't find a "Fun with Fractals" article in it. Due to a lack of actual information, I'm going to call BS.

Just give me credit and you can keep it up. No problems. You would hate it if folks stole your stuff and took credit for it. The next proof I will send, if you still need more, will be in the form of a legal notice. I don't want to be a dick but when you said "prove it first" that kind of put me on the defensive. All I wanted was to be given credit for my work. I thought I was very nice and fair in asking the way I did.

No offense, but you have provided no actual proof that you created it.

Yes, you have posted a different version of the picture on a couple sites, and it has your name on it. Posting it does not mean you created it, same with putting your name on it. I could sign the Mona Lisa but it wouldn't be mine. It also wouldn't be the first time someone stole credit.

I almost forgot about you continuously calling me a liar. This picture contains 3 variations in the original program used. Below are the file parameters for the fractal. Because of your abuse by continuously calling me a liar I revoke any and all permission for use of this, my, artwork. I am pretty riled up now. Have you ever been through a copyright lawsuit? I am more than willing and happy to do so if this thread is not removed immediately.
