Well people...this is sad i have to make this but...lets go:
STEPS:
1. Find a button on the top of the screen(nav bar, has "HOME","USER CP"....etc).
2. find the http://i39.tinypic.com/10pqfb6.jpg button, and click it.
3.ok, now you should have a menu open:

....now if that doesnt help, hit the X button?
