I'm not sure how you can bring this community back.I would like every staff, members, and people we've seen throughout this site from SF back in this community but it's impossible at this time.
SF is my all time favorite game. However since online shut down the members have become scattered and most just threw their psps aside and moved on. Comeback would be awesome, but the PSP days are long over
