MPO+ Character hack guide(mini)
Here's what I have found, a way to get all S soldiers on MPO+. note you still cannot do Health or Stamina yet.

1.) You need a copy of MPO+ and MPO, cso or iso or UMD.
2.) Start MPO original and click on a file that has been completed.
3.) Go to the Research Lab and capture a doctor, must be a doctor.
4.) Search the doctor/nurse's name in the browser of nitePR.
5.) Now, go down past the health byte and to the stats bytes, change them all to "03" for all S. To find the stats byte, notice under where health is there will be a series of "02 01 03", to help find these, go to [PRX] and 8 bytes per line in browser.
6.) You must not mod ANYTHING but the stats or this won't work, now go to MPO+ and create a new save.
7.) It will ask you if you want to carry soldiers from MPO original, say yes.
8.) Go to "Manage" then go to "All Soldiers", then press Triangle and sort by name.
9.) go to the name of the doctor/nurse you hacked and it should work.
10.) If you know how to skin hack in MPO original(which you should) you can hack the skin of any soldier to a doctor as well, thne hack the stats to all "S" and it will carry over.
11.) Enjoy your hacked doctor/nurse! Note: Changing anything but the stats will NOT cary the soldier over, only the gun skills!
