I dont think it can. It doesnt say "You healed..."
If you heal someone it does say it and it goes towards your Medic badge.

Won't this hack conflict with the Jump hack cause they both need the up button t be pressed?

Well you can heal yourself while jumping =D

just dont use both at once -_-
