set your psp to 333 and it'll charge.

It depends on what PSP Model you got<THe slim charges while online but the phat doesnt

222 is the normal speed, and it would be pointless to overclock to charger lol, so i would have to say 222 is the best speed, i think its default too?
well i tryed 333 and it worked...
