[ULUS-10141] Shotgun Explosives(ALL MAPS!!)

Well recently my internet was down for a few days,
so I decided to work on some codes while my internet was fixed,
and I just started playing mohh1 again so I decided to make some mohh1 codes,
since I never saw shotgun explosives anywhere so I made em,
and you guys are sure gonna like them because they're for all maps and game types!
