My first animation, just testing some stuff, ugly as ♥♥♥♥, but whatever.

the only reason it looks like that is because its a gif

Just photoshop

its easy to do it in photoshop but i heard someother image program does it not sure what but idc

Yes it's one of the tag thingies you can chose in Halo. :)

i have a program that animates but it switches from image to image

I like it. i think it looks sick.
