I'm WHITE!?

I was reading my birth certificate for the first time... I've seen it but never read it. Anyway, as you all know I'm Persian, but I read my certificate it says I'm WHITE. I was confused so I asked my mom and she won't give me a straight answer (that I believe).

is that why your called white shadow
