Help me

I have CFW 5.1 and I installed the music in game thing. After I had it going and everything, it worked once; and now I can only get to the recovery menu. I've removed the plugin and everything. Is there anyway that I can actually get to my XMB? Someone please help.

I found out what it was. I accedentlly deleted a flash0 file. And me being a dumbass. Perminatey bricked it. I'll just have to buy a new one and hack that one too. Damn I feel stupid as fuck.

Yeah I know. I need to remake my mms. For some reason it won't just let me do it. It may be because I formatted it. And seeing as how I have Vista, I don't think that it'll let me make one on that.

If anyone knows a way that WORKS at making a mms on VISTA let me know. I don't care about how to on the XP. I made it originally on the XP, but I used the Totalnewbi thing. But seeing as how I can't find that anymore, things got a little difficult. Oh well, I'll figure something out.
