Anyway I actually used a border for once, doesn't make it any better...

That would be because I blurred the background as t stuck out too much, and faded the back sephiroth out... So the main focus is on the big one..

TBH, i'd say just scrap the text altogetha :P

also, the whole thing does look low quality :S.....

with the border, it looks OKAY-ish.......to make it look a lil better, ATM, it has parts of the actual sig covering it, so its not silver all the way around.......make it so its all the same - should make it look better.....

u have the basics in the bag
now just push a lil bit more to get the hang of developing ure backgrounds......
try starting with smudging the render/stock to make a background......use differant smudge settings for differant fx....

just go wild and then u'll know what things work best :)

thats because the focal is also blurred and low quality......
