somebody explain these promise rings to me? first i've ever heard of them.
Its where you make a promise to be with them for evr while your young like in highschool and when your older you get married.
Ehh, sorta, its technically a "promise" for more to come, its like being tied down with marriage with none of the positives.
huh. i guess it really depends on how you feel about her. if you're sure you wanna spend your life with her, then i guess the rings wouldn't be bad. if you don't want to, then no would be the obvious answer. if you're not sure, try talking things out, see if you can reach a compromise where the rings wouldn't be necessary to continue your relationship.Quote:
