Just use the weapon modifier, use the on impact effect part, it was made so that it works with all weapons..

are u guys retarded? Killer emp is only 2 lines, explosive mod and damage. if u dont do damage u can still kill with it too just rarely...

Not necessarily, no program is perfect. Maybe it still doesnt work with everything..
