lol it does work, i have it and it works like a charm
make sure you have it enabled in seplugins
well the cheatdevice is 100% correctly put into my psp. the game.txt and the prx is in my seplugins folder. For some reason it still doesnt work. it only works on 3.71m33 or lower
It was probably just compiled with an old version of PSPtoolchain, if you find the source I'll compile it for your version.
