You need custom firmware for this i have 3.90 m33-3 turn off your psp completely then turn it back on and HOLD R!,To access the m33 recovery menu and go to CONFIGURATION try to find something saying FAKE REGION and put it to EUROPE once you have done that exit recovery menu and go to your XMB and it should be in under the internet browser ENJOY! U NOW HAVE GO!MESSENGER!
