My second release for SFCO

I call it Lazer-Tazer because i like how it sounds
It replaces the M16k and Turns it to a flame thrower but with lazers
Turn it on before a game starts, then when the game starts turn nitePR off, and then turn it back on so it refreshes the weapon effects
