New dealing system w/ infractions

Attention all users, from now on, registered users who get 3 infraction points (active & in total). Will be moved to the "Restricted Users" usergroup automatically untill you are manually approved back into registered users by an admin. Unless you pose a threat/was added into that group manually by an admin due to that reason. Then you will be put in there for a while or as long as the admin wants. Also Registered Users who get 5 infractions will be banned for 4 days automatically.

Changes may take place on this new dealing of the infractions.

is that why there is another column in the infraction panel?

Can you post the specifics to the "restricted" group? Like what is it exactly, what can they not do? No posting?

Yeah, no posting, no profile posting to others, few forums are not viewable, and other posting & stuff must be approved.
