Suggestions:

Zoom In On The Render to Get The Rest Of The White Outline Out. Its Much easier When You Zoom In.

Also For Your Next Sig I Recomend More Rectangle-ish lol. Usually Like 380 W x 120 or 130 H is good :) looks good. awsome job.
