Regestration Openings

Okay so i have an idea. Alotta people complaigne that there are already to many people using hacks out there and to many leakers and Leechers. Yet How Many people Join Per day?? enough to make people mad. so.. if we wanna stop leaks, leechers, Complaints and the amount of hackers out there. How do we Do it?? Limit the Amount of people getting in this site. Make openings throughout the year when people can join. and make a set timeframe of when they can join and how many people.

Example...

Site Regestration Openings: Jan. 1st - April 10th/ 30 new user Openings
July 10th - Sep. 20th/ 20 new user Openings

Im not saying thats what it should be but something among those lines. so people stop complaining about the amount of hackers. Tell me what you think.

Most people that come here don't even activate their accounts....
Besides that would just make people go to other sites, where a lot of these codes are already posted..

well i just dont like people complaining that theres to many hackers. gets annoying when im trying to help someone install nitePR lol. idk. just a thought.
