yes, i know who already posted this but i thought i'd just emphasize it.
I don't see how the restrictions on +rep giving help in any way. If somebody uploads several things, and you want to give them +rep for all of them that you download, you can't. It's not like I'm gonna go around +repping random people so i can +rep the person i want to. I think it's unfair to all the people who upload a lot of stuff, like Armed, Kill3r, Who, Scruffy..... you know.
=] Yay thanks for bringing it back up lol, just that I don't think it should be 100% removed, as people may just abuse it and +rep each other all day, but just lower the restrictions, I don't give out rep too often, if I dl something I give it out, for some really cool stuff, I give it out, but it usually has to go to the same people that contribute to the site, and at this point I can't give rep to anybody....
you make a good point. lowering the restrictions would probably be better than removing them entirely.
