Why can I choose a "profile picture" but not an avatar?

In order to have an Avatar, you must be a staff member...like Moderator, Admin, etc.

you have to buy it in the vbplaza menu

k I found it, first go to vBPlazeMenu at the top and click the down arrow and click teh white text labeled vBPlazaMain, then go o Avatar Items and then once u have 2,000 points clickCustom Avatar and bam u can change ur Avatar any time from User CP
