Rawr, me to the rescue.
I believe this is 3.80 +
Hotkey L + Right (D-Pad)
Is it fully translated: For the most part, anything important is, few chinese symbols here and there.
Works with Normal games as well as pops (Yup I got it to work finaly).

wow omfg.... i had to make a pandora to go back to 3.71 m33 from 3.80 m33 and now this is only for 3.80 shit, thanks though

No problem, but before I waste more of your time, I'm on 3.90m33 and using this os I know it works, but I'm almost 100% (99.9%) sure that it works on 3.80.. I'll pop into ohg (does that count as advertising? sry if it is) And ask...

Yo please forgive me for asking this woesn't sure, but uhh does this work for 3.90 m33-3, yes i know a guy earlier said this works for 3.80 + does that mean 3.80 and up?

yes it works for 3.80-3.93, i dont think it works for GEN yet
