First get cydia aka jailbreak iPod touch.
1)go to sources and add the source cydia.hackulo.us
2)add all those things but winulous
3)goto your just added installous app
4)click uper right hand corner search and find your app
5)pick it and go to the bottom
6)pick most current version
7)go to that link and download it
8)got to install lower middle
9)pick your app and now you got it for free
