You need to downgrade again...if I'm not mistaken. I've been out of the CFW world of PSP for a while, but I'm pretty sure that's the only way out of your current situation.

CFW Enabler only works on 3000 I think... you can try it.

lol, you gotta use the exploit, i THINK it works on 5.53 aswell, but im not sure, use google on how to install CFWE? id show u but im not sure...and have no way of testing to verify.

No, it only works on ofw 5.03..
