New Stuff + Uploaders Usergroup

I have added a new usergroup called Uploaders. You can apply in the Staff Applications section if you are a Registered User only.

Rewards:
-Extra PM storage space
-1 free profile song request
-Double the vbux points per thread
-Might add something else later...

Requirements:
-Minimium 400 posts

Note: this group is not part of Staff.

I also fixed the Vb plaza problem with the new usergroups e.g. BA Ref and other. You can now fully view VB plaza just like a normal user.

HA LMAO i dont cut corners.... and besides does it look like i could even afford to pull out the what 25000 vb points to get 50 posts? na i dont think so im saving to change my name font again, lol i dont think ill come back till i have 500 posts just a insurance policy. o yea BTW what do uploaders do? juyst upload random stuff

As for "what uploaders do"
Well as you can see, we have a variety of sections such as PSP Games Roms, PC Applications, Movies, Music, and so on.
So uploaders would be uploading things of their choice that fit in those categories I assume.

(I don't think you'll be forced to upload specifics, it's probably just a way for members to acknowledge uploaders).

I'm still determining that, although if the Uploaders don't stay active with posting/uploading and become really inactive, without an excuse then they will risk losing their status.
