Look my windows version is
Service Pack 3
Well thats not the point
look when i start ,the screen becomes blue..and say windows logon cant start..blablabla..
and System Turn OFF

please can someone help mee
i dont have the CD of installation
so....
i dont know what should i do,,

1. i would check to make sure nothin is in cd drive because sometimes having somethin in drive will prevent it from booting
2. would also make sure your HD is not burned out
and if those dont work just get a new boot disk and you should be good

yeah, find yourself a new install disk, either download it or *gasp* go out and buy one, and do a fresh install.

Just run in compatibility mode, you won't have any special features but it will let you log on, you just have the BSOD which is bad if you have XP, look up in the manual how to run in compat mode, its usually F8 or F11 or something around there. After you get on you're gonna have to partition your hard drive and completely erase it, somehow you got a virus and this SHOULD get rid of it, if it doesn't, when you get on you'll have to re-install your OS, or a new OS.

Before doing anything haste, try starting in safe mode, and do a virus scan.

(In Vista, you get to safe mode by pushing F8 while booting)
