question about downloading torrents

so today i was searching different torrents and i saw an add on one of the sites that said its illegal(duhh) to download torrents but it also said that the police or FBI can tract ppl that download torrents and arest them. since am only 16 i dont really care lol but just to be safe do i need to set up a bouncing IP adress that is untraceable? and if so can someone please get me a link to a tutorial

you have 2 choice:
1) use a priavte torrent site, like the rest of us
or
2) get peerguardian2 and some lists, which i also have

i can give you a invite to demonoid, its a private tracking site, safe, and chances are you wont get caught, none of us have yet =], so ill send you an invite via PM.

OK nub i know this is the help section but i just explained everything you need to know to get started which if u noticed know one has done so read my crap (thoroughly) and then ill help u because i told you everything how i learned and know one help me out i found out by researching even if it means going through endless hours on Google and i explained everything properly if you don't know English then you shouldn't waste your time in this section.

like keep it low or just keep it to yourself because then the sites are gonna get caught just like pirate bay did either the site or you is going to get caught if you go around telling people
