Pinging a person isn't a DDoS or DoS. You need to learn the differences between DoS and DDoS before trying to make any type of networking tool period.

You also need to learn ICMP/TCP/UDP

UDP is the main source of an DoS Attack

DoS - Denial Of Service (It's mainly a term for one person using their own connection and or 1 connect alone attacking one IP)
DDoS - Distributed Denial Of Service (Multiple connections flooding one target at once)

This is just a ping flooder which won't do much even if you have a great connection, even with fios this won't do any damage period.

thts correct, to add on you can only ddos thorough multimple coputers usally through botnets, i have sources to a bot net if anyone would like

There's two types of ways to botnet..

Client / Host booter
IRC

IRC is the worse way to go if you don't want to get caught and Canada and other countries are also against botnets so you can still goto their "Prison" system.

irc is better thandirect link between the botnet and you, at least with an irc its the

with direct connection its
victim - you

i think that irc would be a better way to go, just use a proxy or better a vpn
