So I'm guessing it mods the files to change how menus look and its color and everything.

In which it changes the look of the game (Text, Background ect.)

I'm only guesing though.

also you don't put this into you'e ISO folder you put this into you're PSP game folder

hmm i dont think that you would run it from your psp i think it a program you have to run from your pc and then generate a new eboot like your saying and then add it to your code list or something not sure how it would look

Lol. I'm pretty sure if anyone tried it they would have let me know. But this program is already old. And there will be no updates for it. I love how everyone reads the description on the pic and yet are still not quite sure what it does. (but they think they are!)
