Says "All Cheats are Off" how can i turn them on?

I click on the cheats I want on but on the top it says all cheats are off. how can i turn them on?

u press the music buttom on the main screen of your game and u press twice `home` and the volume + and - at the same time, after u are in nitePR menu, at the top it should says `cheats are on`
