ok, so i got this power strip (worked fine on the other outlet)
..its got the following pluged into it:
*digital alarm clock
*lava lamp (yes imma hippy lol)
*rather big tv
*xbox(original)
*a bad outlet
*and when i plug in my space heater it stops working i take it out its fine =[

so my question is, will the power strip / outlet work if i dont plug in the space heater, while i have my PS3 plugged in??

i gotta know i dont wanna update the PS3 and brick it =\ (no warranty)

Erm, well can't really say for sure, like if the heater is making it go poof, maybe the ps3 will... But all you gotta do is unplug a few things before you update?

Probably would work though, heaters use a lot of energy :] Just don't quote me on this, not responsible if you kill your ps3 :3

hi scruffy, um...unplug the xbox, and lava lamp when ps3 is updating, after updates plug em in and see if ps3 stays on, cause then u can test it so ps3 doesnt brick, idk if it bricks tho i kno psp does.
