Maybe cause it wont allow you to use the maps online ATM, because im to lazy to play with the code to make it perfect. You can use the characters in all, but there is an online message saying the characters you are using are nt available at that rank. Ill put the rank error message passer code up when i feel like getting around to it he eh he. Watch the vid, and see how it works

Now create a text file called NPUG-80114
paste the code in the text file

if you want any char, just use my T3 hack guide in tutorial section and ull get T3 plus all chars
