This is my first release of Weapon Modifier for SFLS.
(It is currently in a very premature state and is therefore being released as a public beta)

Bug Reporting:
-Description of bug
-Copy of non-functioning code (if any)

(most of you are familiar with Weapon Modifier for SFCO (http://www.codinghs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1492) but for those who are not,)
Weapon Modifier allows anyone to generate weapon mod codes without any previous knowledge of hacking.

Advanced
-Allows all options to be used

Basic
-Option "Thermal" has been restricted under Scope Vision
-Damage is restricted
-Range is restricted

you need windows frameworks 3.5 for this too work......atleast the one on SFCO you did.

Scruffy is right, you need .Net Framework 3.5 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en) for this to work properly on XP. Vista usually comes with it.

the program generates codes for Nitepr a program for the psp that only works with custom firmware, so to use the codes it makes you do need custom firmware.

i wanted to use this program bro but i keep gettin an error message at the start up.. it says the program doesn't work no more and tryin to find for solutions.. got a vista ultimate OS btw.. any ideas's whats causin the problem and how to solve it? thnx

Assuming the program is working for you, you copy and paste the code it makes into a text file associated with the game its made for. (in this case, SFLS)

ms0:/seplugins/NitePR/insertgameidhere.txt

Check out the tutorials section for more specific instructions.

umm i have a bug mad.

Not sure if it was just me or what but sometimes if i turn a mod on in the game or someone kills me my psp freezes, re uploaded and haven't had any problems yet been like 10 mins so we'll find out

ye havin the same problems as you, when i turn it on it freezes my psp, tried it with different codes i made with this and no luck, and yeh a tutorial wud be helpfull for us biginners :P thanx

The framework is for your windows based computer, not your psp or your games. It's software which supports my program and allows it to run.

Yes, it works, but not as smoothly as the SFCO version. It still has some bugs which means some codes will freeze you. If you do not want them to freeze you, then post your non-working codes and I will fix the code, and the program that made it incorrectly.

It was designed for online use but will mostly likely work offline as well.

There is no virus. I made the program myself and I know every bit of code in it. It's all clean. If the microsoft download is what is showing as a virus, then your computer is most likely already infected and cannot properly access the REAL microsoft servers.

It's not complex enough to require a video tutorial. So far you are the only person who has asked me to make some type of guide. (no offense) Could you maybe be more specific on where you are stuck? (btw, it's a program which runs on windows. it does not go on your psp)

If you know how to find a weapon address and have Microsoft Access, you can add it yourself in the Weapons.mdb file. ;)

I hate to say it but "we all" includes all of like 5 people. Sadly that's not really worth the effort. (and I'm on a mac now so I'm kinda discouraged from going back to windows to code something. doesn't mean it's impossible though) Sorry guys. Feel free to start a petition. ;)

Unfortunately, unless someone else picks up my code where I left off, this isnt going to happen. (the code is horribly messy by the way. sorry! it was my first program haha) A combination of me not having a pc (mac ftw!) or a psp anymore plus losing almost all my notes on how dm worked means I'm one of the last people to go to for a dm version. It was in the works before I left and given significant interest I will release the (very limited) SFDM Modifier source to someone who knows how to program.

You should update this to work on windows 7

I tested it on Windows 7. I now have all my source in Windows 7. It definitely works.

haha, i also have a mac. i used to run wm on wm ware. i was such a noob :3.. i thought i was like the leetest person ever because i could make mods with wm :P. i past that now but still very nice work. off topic but can some help me with dmp.prx. for some reason its taking like an hour to find a pointer.. i finally figured out how to make other players suicide if i can just undma and joker it, it will be hawt.
