i cant put codes in nitepr and i want to know if im doing it right.

I make a txt doc and put it in nitepr but nothing shows up after i open nitepr.
can someone tell me if im doing this right

I just figured out the problem it was the file it wasnt NPUG-80114 no need to post anymore
