how to upload themes to psp

i know im a noob but how to upload themes i nedd a tut

themes for OFW or CFW?

for Official Firmware, place the .ptf file in PSP/THEME folder and then just select it from your XMB.

CFW themes need to be flashed onto your flash0 of your PSP , you have to manually place the files into the correct folders.

wrong,
if your on CFW you can get CXMB, or use an offical theme =p
