That was considered advertising, you are only allowed to post links to the partner sites and qj.net .

Look at the bottom of the homepage for them.

You forgot download sites e.g (Megaupload, Rapidshare, Adrive, ect). Those are allowed too. Btw, Partner sites = Affiliates (Located at the bottom of the homepage like K!LL3R said).
