How do you cut out your stocks? How did you cut out the guy on the right?

Well i think the first one has the best blending (without edges around the guy) but the second one looks the best. (see if you can blend it more) And the third one is a good idea, but i think a little too dark. (on the bg)

on yur right yull see sumthin tat looks like a noose and the tool is right beneath it but theres two versions of that tool
the when you have it around him just go to edit and cut it or copy it and after that paste it as a new layer on what yur workin on
