.rar Files ????!!!???

ok so i downloaded metal gear solid portable ops plus of off ~removed~ . I extracted it to my computer by using winrar but when I extracted it it joust made another winrar file??? so I extracted that on AGAIN . when I extracted that it made a psp folder a umd folder and a icon (I am trying to extract it to a iso cso file) to put into my psp this problem only appears to happen in .RAR files. I don't think this makes any difference but i have cfw 3.90 m33[ please help ..]

When you extracted it the first time, it wasnt a rar that came out. It can just be opened with winrar. It was most probably an ISO.
Check the file extension rather than the picture.

what do you mean by check the file extension

how can i check if the game has 2 parts????
