:WooT: The newest cfw release from Dark_Alex

5.00 M33-4 changes:

* Speed selected for UMD/ISO was not properly locked in some new games that used scePower_EBD177D6 instead of scePowerSetClockFrequency to change speed.
* UMD/ISO speed settings now apply to PSN games too.
* Fixed libupdown.prx connecting to dark-alex.org instead of Sony when npsignin_plugin checks for a new version and M33 update is enabled.
* ISO file descriptor was not closed in driver deletion.
* Added a shutdown command to vshmenu.

lol i just look on psp hacks and post anything that i think is important.
and as to sticking with 3.71 i'd recommend at least trying 5.00 when you get a new psp. my friend said that he'd never upgrade from 3.71, but i got him to try 5.00 and he likes it a lot better. just give it a try, and if you don't like it you can always downgrade again.

I wasnt a huge Fan Of 4.00 m33 so thats why i dont like upgrading lol.

and yeah, I didn't like 4.01 either, but i like 5.00, and I would definitely recommend upgrading.
