yeah... i like the bg... and i would try to blend the render with the bg ..

I would say a smaller render would do well. And a little bit more blending. make the colors flow.. so either a more blue render or a more tan/brown BG. its very nice specially for just starting. :)

well anyways ur render is a little big, so maybe make it smalled otherwise very good for a beginner
