i need help with ps3

i kno this is codinghs but i need help, i have a 40gig ps3 but i baught so much games i only have 4 gigs left.So i need a new
hardrive,but if i take out the old one i`ll lose everything i have,so this is a one time thing for me.If anybody can show me how to install a new hardrive and wat type that would b nice
