Woot! Dark AleX sure caught us off guard! I haven't even fully started up my computer yet and boom: a flooded inbox of tips! Well, here we have it: Dark AleX's PSP custom firmware 5.00 M33. Here's what's new:

* 4.01 to 5.00
* Bug fix: when changing speed in xmb, and the psp turned the brightness to 0 automatically the speed was reseted to 222 again.

ehhhh i wont update, im not into hacking anymore, im gonna get the psp3000 and just play resistance and use it for music

Well you said you are gonna use it, for RR and music. Also, because updating is fast and easy. Third, youll probably need to update to play resistance anyway.

cause i lost it when i installed
and i couldnt open same files to view ptf. gameboot to install it back

the gameboot gets erashed because your flash is formated! i had a good one too...was so happy that new CFW came out, i forgot to back it up lmao

now its ultra noob.....just edit the file in the eboot, version:5.00 change it to like 3.80 or what ever your on....
