ive seen it every were and LOVE that swirly thing u guys do its in MZA's sig, around hte guitar, and some were else lol can any1 tell me how?!?

use the pen tool hold it and curv the line then get a good color then make a new layer and right click with the pen and click stroke and on the menu put brush and simulate pressure then add glow effects and done

Yeah when you stroke, change ur brush settings then go to drop down box, it should start as "pencil" change it to "brush" and uncheck simulate pressure if checked
