Cheat Device FOR SWFU

Heres Rev1 of the swfu Cheat Device use it same as any other prx add that line to game.txt and then goto prugins and enable.
to open the menu hit home 2x then VolumeUP and Ltrigger no this is not edited nitepr but we use the same area for printing to the menu
