Comp Help

Okay so i dont know what happened but i was on my computer last night and when i got off the internet i couldnt run ANY programs. even when i try to re install it doesnt know "where to find the file". So Please help me! also ive been trying to figure out how to restore my comp to an earlier point so it works again but idk how. please!! +rep if someone can help me fix this :(
