There is a way to look through walls. Turn on the thermal googles and you can faintly see an outline in yellow XD. I'm not sure how far you can see, but this trick does work.

Um ive never seen a hack which you can shoot through walls but, the person your playing with is probably glitching so you cant see him. Also, the IR (Thermal Googles) shows all ur enemys at so that could be it.
