The gun's data isn't DMA, so just find it, and you can change whatever you want, the code will always work.

lol sgt gun mods aren't dma you just have to find the address for the gun and then all the data you need to change stuff is there. it's organized the same for every gun so using scruffy's tuts you can find out what values you need to change to get the desired results.

I just looked at the pic and now I understand. ^_^
I feel smart now. :D

Now I can has make gun mods easier. :)
Fank you guys.

EDIT:
Ok I need confirmation of my knowledge. Someone tell me what the value would be if I wanted to make a M16K with...

*different fire rate (just use 41)
*weapon type (just use 00)
*automatics (just use 01)
*distance of shot (just use 2C)

winner ALL correct! distance change 2C to like FF......auto is correct, weapon is correct now its a m82-bfg, and fire rate is good dont make it too big 42 or 44 should be good, any higher and it goes spazzy

I said type out the EXACT value for the code i listed with the different mods.

-- If i wanted to make a gun with the mods I listed, what would the value be?

Can you post the different #s for each mod.
Like for example, take the "Distance of Shot". (2C)
-- How do i know what # i put to change it? Is it any number?

Do i change the (2C) to anything higher than 2C to make if go farther, and anything lower than 2C to make the shot travel less?

And how about the "Automatics". Can you post examples of #s other than 01 and what they would do?
Is there a maximum or minimum # for any of the mods?

for the distance your 100% correct
for the automatics its like this:
01-fully auto
02-burt fire(semi auto0
03-single shot
anything higher....no clue, but i would bet its gunna be single shot!

How about all the other stuff? What are the minimum and maximum values for each mod?
If you could PM me or post it here that would be great. :)

A lot of gun mods are floats, so min to max would be like 0x3e000000 - 0x7fff0000
or something, but going that high is pointless, so ud stop at like 44000000

others are set values, like the fire type single, burst, auto use 00000003, 00000002 and 00000001 respectively.
