ok, this is to get the impact effect to stay its rather easy and should not take more then a few seconds!!! lets begin:

1. get to the gun you want to mod.
2. go to the FFFFFFFF and copy it into the decoder.
3. you should see 3 rows of FFFFFFFF now, from the FIRST on on the top count up 7.
4. now on that address you should have 00000000 change that to 00000001.
5. shoot some bullets, any effects u have added tothe bullets, will stay on the wall(impact effects)

im not 100% sure but i don;t think all guns have the '3 rows of F's' since some guns have an impact that isnt FFFFFFF and also one of those is scope type and particle trail.
